Playing in the Snow

Rebecca and mommy had a lot of fun playing in the snow after dinner.

Snow – 365 Project

So this is a coating to an inch of snow, which they were calling for up until yesterday. Anyway, it was quite beautiful!

Posing for the camera

Rebecca has started showing off for the camera. I guess it was only a matter of time since both her father and grandmother love to shoot pictures of her. Anyway, here’s another capture of her.

Musical Alphabet

Today’s picture is musical in nature. It comes from my classroom where I teach roughly 400 Pre-K through 6th grade students. I see most of them twice a week and it keeps me very busy. Anyway, this particular shot is of one of my xylophones. I thought the letters and lines made for an interesting shot.

The Moon

The moon is always fun to shoot, but can sometimes be a bit of challenge. For me the challenge lately has been getting the tripod to stay still. However, I’m quite happy with this shot.

Fun with Bubbles

Rebecca was having fun with her bubble bath tonight, don’t believe the look she’s giving mommy in this picture!

However, she did have several moments of cuteness in the tub too. But you’ll never guess what happened shortly after I took this picture…

Aftermath

I took this today after we put Rebecca down. She had just a little bit of fun playing in the living room!

The Rose

If you’ve been following Heather’s 365 project over at Heather Grace Photography, yesterday she posted about a wonderful ministry that provides free food for families. My wife just started going as well and picked up a nice bunch of flowers. So of course, I grabbed a couple shots…here is her favorite.

Sunset

Beautiful sunset this evening, so I had to take a shot of it. It was probably even more spectacular a few minutes earlier, but that’s ok. I took this in front of my house, I had to shoot crop it a little high because I did not want to include the neighbor’s house in the frame.
