A Clown

This used to be my clown, it was a gift from my grandmother. Now, it’s Rebecca’s and she loves it!

Flying a plane

Well, not actually a plane, but that’s what Rebecca calls it, helicopter is just a little too hard to say right now!

New Life

Spring is definitely closing in, grass is starting to come up in the backyard!

Guest

So we have a guest at our house for a few days…Rebecca and Ginger are both thrilled, the cats, not quite so sure.

Okay Spring please come

…we want to try out our new patio set! Jen spotted this lovely patio set on Craigslist for a little bit of nothing. We missed on the first day, but that person changed their mind so we were able to get it today! Despite being dirt cheap, it’s in great shape and we cannot wait to enjoy meals out on the porch! Oh and in case you’re wondering, that is a carnivorous pitcher plant on the table. It’s sleeping through the winter, but should be just fine come spring!

New bed!

So we moved a larger bed into Rebecca’s room. She was having fun reading on it to her babies. Of course when bedtime came, she wanted to sleep in her old bed. Which is fine for now…

Ambient Light

Shot this picture of our fan tonight using just the light from my 10 gallon aquarium and a tripod.

Oh and yes, sadly, I did miss yesterday. Hopefully it’ll be my first and last day that I miss!

Sophisticated

Rebecca was playing with a pair of mommy’s old glasses. We took the lenses out so she can’t hurt herself, but she has a blast with them from time to time. Well when she put them on tonight I thought they made her look quite sophisticated, especially with some dinner still left around her mouth…

Springtime

I have enjoyed this winter, I love the snow and we finally had a winter where we got a nice amount of it. However, I think that since tomorrow is March, it is about time for Spring to come. Warmer weather, longer days and of course, beautiful flowers.

A Piece of Art

Rebecca went to a birthday party today and had a blast! Unfortunately I couldn’t be there, but mommy said that Rebecca had all sorts of fun and participated all day long. One activity she really enjoyed was painting this little car. It is actually a first for her. I found out while talking to mommy that for one of the first times, Rebecca was very deliberate in where she put colors. For example, she very carefully placed black on the outside of the tires and painted the fin yellow. I’m so proud of her!
